Garages are available at Black Feather, which counts for something through a Castle Rock winter at about 6,200 feet, and a parking lot serves the rest of the community. Ask the leasing office which homes pair with a garage, since garage availability varies across the community.
 

Kitchens, Laundry, and Interior Finishes

Gourmet kitchens pair stainless steel appliances with a breakfast bar and a dishwasher. Many homes put a washer and dryer inside the unit rather than down the hall, and the floor plan search lets you filter for that directly.
